It's just so damn easy to eat and not go to the gym. Was back at the gym again tonight and the only 'naughty' things I had today was a Kit Kat chunky and a small chocolate wafer. Compared to what I have been eating that's pretty good.

Weighed myself on Monday for the first time in god know how long. Was 14:11 which I was pleasantly surprised with. With this three week diet I've cut out cakes/chocolate so hopefully will lose a few pounds. Also trying to take a half hour walk each day.

Ideally I should probably be around 12 1/2 stone.

Just gone back to the gym this week (work, holidays and Christmas all got in the way). Weigh in says I've gained 11 pounds! :(

Damn, you'll get it back off again though. :D

Unfortunately had to cancel the gym membership back at the end of October. Partly due to being ill but mainly due to them changing all of the prices and informing people last minute.

It really did not go down well with according to one receptionist over 1000 cancelling.

I had a bike like that in the 80s. I messed with the derailleur trying to get it working properly and smashed it into the spokes, shearing the bolts that held the gears. I just fixed the chain over top gear and forgot about it after that. Was nicked shortly afterwards anyway (no bad thing, since it encouraged my folks to go all out and buy me a BMX that christmas).

I think us blokes are a bit less susceptible to it, but the fascination with fad diets amazes me. Just count calories and eat less :D
I've lost 2.5 stone last 10 months, mainly through using My Fitness Pal and running.
Keep going everyone!

Time to get serious, weighed myself for the first time in months last Friday and I'm heavier than I've ever been in my life.

15 Stone 11 lbs

I've cut out the snacks completely & it's just amazing how many times during the day I've automatically been reaching for the biscuits & chocolate etc without even realising it.

Trying to run again too, but every time I go more than about a mile my bad hip flares up something chronic, so I'll just have to find some other less impact exercise.

Let's do this.

15 stone 8 lbs.

Baby steps, but going in the right direction at least.

Or smoke/vape a bit of weed and enjoy any kind of food/snack with immense heightened pleasure, and allow your raised metabolic rate to burn it off . Also helps prior to exercise as well :P

Ok, i'm slightly trolling by bringing it up, but hey, we live in an era of trolling!
