Aggretsuko - It's cute, it's about 50/50 absurdist comedy cut with biting social satire, and there's death metal karaoke. What more could you possibly want in a show?
I watched the first episode thinking that I would really enjoy it but the cutesy colleagues and the high pitched voices did my head in. I'm going to watch the second episode at some point and then decide about it.

Season two of The Seven Deadly Sins was added to Netflix on Friday.

Sat down Friday night to make a start on it to find that it was four fricking episodes and that was it. Thought surely Netflix hadn't loaded properly and the other 20 episodes we going to appear, nope.

Had been waiting bloody ages for it as well as loved the first season. Watched them all in one go.

This still only has 4 episodes for season 2. Anyone know when the rest are coming?

That was it for that particular story unfortunately, just the four episodes.

There is however a new season of 24 episodes currently being shown overseas which Netflix will hopefully have sooner rather than later. There will also be a film in August. :)

Currently going through Steins;Gate 0, which is remarkably gripping despite the fact that I already know what happens from the Vita game. Also, +1 for Aggretsuko - it's my favourite show of the year so far, animated or otherwise.

Finally started watching the legendary Death Note and in all honesty I'm 16 episodes in and am slightly bored of it at the moment. Cannot belive there's still 21 episodes to go before it ends. Could easily have chopped out about five so far.

Finished Death Note.

After my previous complaint about it dragging a little it definitely picked up with the business men storyline and didn't let up after that. Overall I'm pleased that I watched it.

High score girl
No official subs for it, fan subs are being made for it
Its one of the few unsubbed series that are well worth watching, video games are the main focal point of the series (its set in the 90s)
Its also that kind of CG Anime, but unlike a lot of them it is actually not annoying to look at

Bit of a nostalgia trip for me;

Ghost in the Shell SAC (not the Movie, much too self serious)
Akira
Patlabor The Movies
Macros Zero
And I think I'll hunt down Macros Plus and Initial D, too.

I fancy more 80s/90s Mech Sci-Fi action. I never tried Neon Genesis so may have a look at that.

I loved Cyber City Oedo 808 at the time. I remember finding it on VHS second hand for £8 in a record store in Edinburgh and being very pleased at the price.

I finished One Punch Man season one yesterday. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Now going to move on to The Seven Deadly Sins season three that I have been waiting a while for.

Yeah I loved this. Wished there was more made of this series. It’s a pity the U.K. version is so hard to find what with it having the better soundtrack.

A couple of years back I did find the Hong Kong version on dvd for 50p in cash generator type place.
