When you list an item - the International Postage list that you have to complete in the listing "Will post to :" just means that your item will be visible on any of eBays international sites that you have selected.

So, if you state you will post to Australia - your listing will appear on eBay AU

If you opt for "No International Postage" your item will only be visible on eBay UK site. So this means that people in different Countries would actually have to be looking at eBay UK to be able to view your listing.

I buy tons of games from eBay Germany, and most of the time I get the message "May Not Post To UK - contact seller to discuss"

Anyways, if some loon bids on your item and they are in a different country you don't want to send item too - send an invoice with an additional £100 charge for the postage. This means they won't pay, so you can open a Non Paying Bidder dispute.....if they don't pay, any feedback they may leave will be cancelled.
