Best Snacks for Gaming

Post by Guitar_Geek » Mon Sep 29, 2014 1:08 am

What do you people like to eat when gaming? My favourites are:
  • -Doritoes (Can be eaten one-handed and found easily)
-Mountain Dew (Energy boosting gamer fuel)
-Gummy Bears (Chewy goodness in a variety of flavours that leaves next to no residue on the controller)
-Skittles (Same reasons as gummy bears)
-Oreos (Sweet, one-handed and leaves no residue on the controller)

No crisps as they are greasy and I hate greased up controllers.

I mainly have cherry coke and any bag of sweets. These could be Revels, Haribo, Cadburys nibbles the list is never ending.

This is why I rarely eat + game...forever getting up and washing my hands!
Retro is a state of mind, and cares not for your puny concepts like dates and calendars.

A nice mug of tea is all that's required.

Burtons Fish n chips - can be kept in bag and poured conveniently at face. Ditto for Jacobs oddities. Sweets wise , poppets or similar pourable sweets (cut corner off bag , dependent on size of sweet and thus avoiding entire mouthfuls of revels for example).

I rarely eat anything messy or melty near a controller , mainly for hygiene reasons. Drinks , just depends on what im playing.

^^ THIS - Very much this.

I'm an atheist but if there's a heaven it's sitting with a brew playing spectrum games 'til my eyes bleed.

Started drinking Chi Tea recently....astounding it is, like drinking liquid cinnamon lozenges.

Tea, biscuits or beer.
If I fancy a sweetie, it's be peanut M&M's. Not sticky, and big enough to easily find without looking, and hard enough not to be confused with fruit.

Beluga caviar and European white truffle, washed down with a glass of Domaine Romanée-Conti.

Or, Yorkshire tea and Club biscuits. Depends what mood I'm in.

Cheeze-itz and black coffee.
LFGdating | Goldeneye, Red Alert and KOTOR are probably my Top 3 of all-time.
