Another good combination for the old Cheddar cheese is wholegrain mustard. It has to be wholegrain. Nice texture and a good flavour combination.

if we are talking subway 12 inch big beef melt with chilli sauce and jalapinos or tuna wuith chilli and cucumber unless the ribsteak or regea regea chicjen make a comeback breadwise hearty itallian unless its qt 4am in which case dont bother as only badley done slightly burnt cheese bread will be all thats left.Katzkatz wrote:If you are going to have a Subway - then it's the Meatball Marina all the way. Yep - good call. Cheese and onion is a good combination. Red onion is a little more delicate in flavour. There's room for both. Depends on your mood and the ingredients that you have to hand.dste wrote:Haven't had a good cheese and onion sandwich for a good while now.
