They're all great, but it has to be Robocop. It's stupidly good, and Clarence is the best bad guy to grace our screens.

I'm watching commando right now thanks to this thread.

Give the man a hand
a great line, but is there anything better from the films listed than:

"Get away from her, you b1tch!"

surely one of the most iconic film quotes of all time, also love

"Dead or alive, you're coming with me"

"B1tches, leave!"

Fantastic films in the list but for me it has to be Commando due to it being pure 80's action cheese. The end where Arnie is one man blowing up an entire army is just fantastic and the quotes...

"You're a funny guy Sully, I like you. That's why I'm going to kill you last."

Remember, Sully, when I promised to kill you last?
That's right, Matrix! You did!
I lied.

What happened to Sully?
I let him go.

"Don't disturb my friend, he's dead tired."

That bit! where he's holding him by the leg over the edge of the cliff would have been epic if you couldn't see the wire holding him up.....

That and the self repairing porsche in the same five minutes. Commando is a great film for being just what arnie did best. For me though Robocop gets my vote - though Terminator puts up a hard fight too.

That is an evil list of films to try and pick just one.

For me it has got to be Predator.

Agreed, this is a tough list to pick just one. But I am going for, 'Big Trouble in Little China'
If you want cheesy quotes, for me personally, you can't beat it...

Wang Chi: You ready, Jack?
Jack Burton: I was born ready.

Jack Burton: Like I told my last wife, I says, "Honey, I never drive faster than I can see. Besides that, it's all in the reflexes."

Gracie: [Jack starts up the Pork Chop Express] What was that?
Jack Burton: 6.9 on the Richter scale!

Jack Burton: Henry Swanson's my name, and excitement's my game.
White Tiger: Cash or charge?
Jack Burton: Oh gosh, cash, I guess. I mean it's not deductible, is it.

Gracie: [on their way to confront Lo Pan] Do you have a gun, I hope?
Jack Burton: I have a knife.
Gracie: A knife? This guy's twelve feet tall!
Jack Burton: Seven. Hey, don't worry, I can handle him.

I admit I stole these quotes from IMBD, so they may not be completely correct.

i think i'm possibly the one person left in the world who has never watched any of the robocop films. so think i'd have to go with die hard. i also associate it with being a "christmas" film :D

Got to be Terminator.
Amazingly, I've never seen Robocop, but after seeing all the praise it's getting here I'll definitely check it out.

Watch the first Robocop and pretend the sequels don't exist.

I'd find that, Terminator, Aliens and Predator almost impossible to separate in their awesomeness, but it is rather sad to think of what happened to the respective franchises

fredghostmaster wrote:Terminator 2 is fantastic but the original isn't in the same league. From that list I'll go for Rambo: First Blood. The sequel was great as well!
double  for me

Terminator is by FAR a btter movie! T2 is too reliant on special effects (that look rubbish now) and with the Connors have two of the most annoying film characters ever.... and the "I swear i will not kill anyone".. jeez...

Still an enjoyable romp but loses more points for cutting Hicks, killing Vasquez and no Hudson or Bishop this time.
