The all new Red Dwarf thread
Seeing as the last one disappeared in a puff of scandal, here's a new thread for the best BBC space comedy serial of all time ever.
To start the thread off I will just let you know that I finished series 7 last night and have just realised that there is a girl at work who looks just like (but a lot nicer than) the Kochanski girl (is it Cloe Annette or summat like that).

Too much 24,BSG,Lost...
<slaps marvin>Now don't do it again
If you ever catch me using an Americanism, then please shoot me in the head. I was reading RG earlier and was constantly getting annoyed by American words in the articles.
Anyway, Red Dward is probably the best comedy ever. I've got a few episodes of Band of Brothers to finish, then I'm onto Series 7 of RD, which I bought about a month ago.
I'm slightly afraid of seeing it again. I saw each ep twice when it was on TV the first time and didn't like it very much. I'm hoping it will seem better this time.
I don't want to even think about Series 8!

Well, I watched all of 7 over the last week and it is definately weaker than the others but there are some fantastic bits. Like the Rimmer Lister kiss. The song about Rimmer (in Rimmerworld) is one of my favourite bits in any episode.
I don't think I have ever seen series 8, so am starting that tonight.
Arnold Rimmer
He'll never need a zimmer
There's no-one slimmer
he's never been mistaken for Yule Brinner
and his head don't glimmer
