you know, a part of me a little tempted, can stick a control panel on there, stick a small form pc in there (or maybe the innard of a modded xbox original) and some speakers and that all you need. Not really sure if 150 is a bit too much for what is a wooden box and monitor, my current mame cocktail cab which was complete cost less than that

You could buy a nice Jamma cab for £150, I think that guy is having a giraffe!
Or for something more modern, a friend of mine bought one of these last month for £79 from ebay...

I think you're all being very mean. That's not too bad actually, and it's a lot slimmer than most arcade cabs - which is a definite advantage for having at home. It's just a bit obviously done with a straight jigsaw and B&Q's cheapest white formica boards rather than anything dark or using a guided cutter to do some nice curves. I'm almost inspired to have a go myself. Except I'd learn from that guy's mistakes and probably cut some wide radius holes in the sides first to get some curves before setting to with the jigsaw...

Why would anyone want to stand up to play an xbox 360? Lounging in a comfy chair is where it's at.
