Sounds like you had the exact same problem as me with the phone, google maps and no battery left! Although it lasted long enough to reach the hotel!
Boggyb & jnr were the ones that hadn't checked in!
MHK was obviously making it sound far more dramatic! Although that really is him all over  Note: That table complained and the manager argued with Chris - but finally gave in after about 20 seconds and gave them 20% off too....
The giant, that was Joefish! You really couldn't miss him

We definitely did the right thing sitting at that end of the table

The rumour about us kicking off and Sutty and Simon being arrested was just classic, too funny

OH! Him!!!! Yes, I couldn't miss him  Well, a belated Hi to Joefish

Just watched the vid. I have wobbly eye syndrome now

In future, when you pass a scantly clad woman, please STOP for a while!!! (Sorry if that isn't politically correct, but no one was harmed whilst making that comment)!

Fantastic time at Revival 2013, special thanks to Chris, Craig and all the team involved in the setup for the weekend. The range of retro consoles, games and gadgets on display were great!

Leyla Hasso and I were only able to go for the Saturday, but we enjoyed it thoroughly.

The Super Mario Kart (SNES) casuals tournament we ran on the Saturday was a success and we had over 40 competitors enter (big thanks to you all for taking part). And congratulations to Spencer Guest for landing on top of the pile there, earning a medal and a gift to take home! 8)

I have uploaded Leyla and Spencer's exhibition Grand Final video that took place afterwards. Spencer put in a good fight on a couple of races, i think Koopa Beach 2 was a close one:

Other than that Leyla was attempting some live Ghost Valley 3 Women's World Record attempts live which definitely caught some attention. At one point the console was nudged by mistake, and the screen froze showing a blown up version of the map which looked quite funny, i have the pic of the screen with her next to it on my facebook page if any want to see.

Hopefully see you all again next year and at Eurogamer / Play Expo!

Best Regards,

Sami Cetin and Leyla Hasso

Eh? Who said you are full of sh!t? Dramatic - yes, but you wouldn't be you (or an ex-wrestler) if you weren't dramatic :D AND How dare there be more than one Si! You are the only Si for me

Was epic! I only went the Saturday, came 3rd at Warlords knocking out some 'luminaries' of the game. Shouted 'Dave Rayne' alot, felt up Blanka's breasts :P. Went the pub, got hammered, came back played games. Best day out in a long long long time! All Hail Boyo!

PS I met so many people I'd be here til next week naming them all. But yeah, you guys and gals :)

Could only stay 3 hours on the Saturday so had to cram a lot in a short space of time. Really enjoyed it though! Seems I missed meeting a load of new faces but glad i got to say hello to the usual lot again.

Who supplied the full size Ridge Racer cab? Forgot how much fun it is to play with the manual gears/clutch on that version.

A fun event and glad I was able to get back to England and enjoy it. The Grandstand football game on Matts 'Carnival' section was the highlight for me. Great 2 player game and enjoyed beating Si (boggyb) and Gripper (JDandDiet) on it. :)

As always, Warlords was brilliant, but totally gutted that we missed the entry for the competition!

Ta,

The RR Delux is one we bought - so it is Revival's and will appear in all future events :-)
