Advise: Games X Magazine
I apologise if this is against the board rules but some advice would be helpful as this seems to be the best place to get it.
I need to have a clear out as my 2 years old's toys are taking over the house so looking to sell the full collection (49 issues) of Games X Magazine. I’m probably going to put them on e-bay as can’t find anywhere else to put them but not sure what they may be worth or if there is anywhere better to sell them.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Same as, I would love them!
Re: Advise: Games X Magazine
Of course what information would you like?
I've tried attaching pics but every time I try it I get a message saying ''Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached''.
It was a weekly magazine published from May 1991 to April 1992. There was 48 issues and a free issues before that (I think I got it with an Atari ST mag), have all 49. They are all in very good condition, just have 'Pack 4' written in the top corner of each issue (this was my old address so the newsagent wrote it to reserve the issues).
Can send more info/pics via private e-mails/messages if you wish but don't know how to do this without posting my e-mail address on the forum
Would it be best from me to put them http://www.amibay.com/ (thank you Antiriad2097) or http://www.e-bay.co.uk so you can see more info????

Yep, pretty much. I'd have thought he'll be lucky to get even a tenner for them on eBay. It'd be nice if someone did take them off his hands though as it'd be a shame to see them binned.Antiriad2097 wrote:Don't expect much for them, but its better than binning them.

Re: Advise: Games X Magazine
If its the full run, it would be worth more than a tenner. When I sold off my Games X collection (which was around 3/4 of the set) I am sure it went for around £30ish. Those last issues are very hard to find.
WANTED: ANY SNES or GAMEBOY GAMES, OR EMPTY BOXES, INSTRUCTION MANUALS or WHITE INNER TRAYS, going for FULL SETS of both.
Re: Advise: Games X Magazine
A friend of mine collected these a full set from boards.ie for 15€, so regarding been worth much, they are not really a sort after item, I have myself issues 1-135 of edge magazine in the loft and the hardly worth anything, so my advice, is to take whatever offer you've been given on theses, as they just been lying there gathering dust and no cash in your pocket, take the money and run

Re: Advise: Games X Magazine
I collected lots of mags over the years. Sadly I have never got more than some beer money for most of them.
Re: Advise: Games X Magazine
A few years back I sold issue's 0 - 15 of Games X and got £35 for them.. It's PS2 and Edge Magazines you can't give away...
