First thing you ever bought online?
(apologies if this topic has already been done)
Recently, I made the decision to sell my GBA E-reader add-on and it reminded me that the E-reader was the first thing I ever bought over the internet. It was an Australian-imported version that I bought from a website called CD-Wow (no idea if they're still around these days or not).
So...what was the first thing you ever bought over the internet?

Retro is a state of mind, and cares not for your puny concepts like dates and calendars.

Mine was UK Issue 1 of Mad magazine. Good way to start.

Re: First thing you ever bought online?
Oooh good question, I wonder if it was something from either Amazon (perhaps back when they were books only - remember that LOL??!) - or perhaps ebay as I bought a few Transformers in my last year at uni (2001).
It is interesting looking back at account histories, Amazon (for me) goes back to 2001, play.com to 2003. I don;t know if this is as far as they go, or as far as they go for just me?

I think it was maybe some action force or star wars figures from ebay.
Re: First thing you ever bought online?
I can remember the first thing I bought online was from Amazon, but I cannot remember what the item was. Too long ago, I was only in my early teens.
I remember the first thing I bought off eBay though - standing tickets for my first Radiohead concert
