The cooking room spam was practically taking over the forum before the sysadmins stepped in to sort it out, so not much chance of a languange block. Besides, Russia is a hotbed of retro topics with all their homebrew systems, so do we really want to make it harder for them to join in?

I don't think asking them to post in English is a huge ask?

Relax. I'm not offended nor would I bother reporting you. I get the tw@t remark but not sure I'm a communist!

Maybe it was one of these Russian Cyber Gangs or so on? Or - maybe one of Putin's cronies? If it was - we should be scared - as we don't want to mess with Vlad.

Fancied getting hold of the soundtrack for Hotline Miami. There's no CD version which isn't a total surprise so how about a download? Er..no, you can only download it from Steam and even then you need to have the actual game first. I bought the game on PS3 so I'm not buying it again on PC.

Why can't there just be an easy MP3 download from somewhere like Amazon or whatever? As it is, I'll have to resort to alternative methods.
Retro is a state of mind, and cares not for your puny concepts like dates and calendars.

When providing a set up for someone and as a torny game they want Street fighter 2 on the SNES
NOT TURBO, NOT SUPER, NOT SUPER TURBO ON SOMETHING ELSE!
Just normal unbalanced slow Street fighter 2
I have access to all versions of it (even the hacks) and they want that one

Just buy the game on Steam. You get the soundtrack for free as a set of OGG files if you look in the top level folder for the install and it's the same price as the Soundtrack anyway.

I'm not sure what the additional download is for; possibly those who haven't figured out how to convert from OGG to MP3?

You can also listen to the Soundtrack for free on Devolver Digital's Soundcloud page:

Neighbour very kindly takes in a parcel for me.....then sods off out for the whole afternoon and evening

I have often declined to take in a parcel for the other people in my street, if I knew I was going out for the rest of the day!! Wouldn't mind if it was a small item, but a £350 24-Track Tascam Portastudio, is totally different.

Missus was also at home but didn't answer the door, or go over the round when I asked at 10am......FFS PEOPLE censored ME OFF!!

Hayfever. Yep, it's come a bit later for me. Last night, it really tortured my sinus - I thought I might have had tonsillitis - the back of my throat was really sore. I got no sleep. Today, I have been blowing my nose constantly.

Moving school where I worked cured my hayfever in summer!

Frickin' spammers.
They're surely the lowest form of internet life.
If it's slower than me, dumber than me and it tastes good ... tough titty.
