The premise that this year has been a crap year simply because some celebrities and musicians have croaked.
If it's slower than me, dumber than me and it tastes good ... tough titty.

the brexit vote makes it a great year, and if there is Trump victory it will be one of the best years ever, there is no question about that.

The constant breaks between episodes in things from the US

New series of Sonic Boom, one episode on last week, next one in a few weeks
South park, one episode about two weeks ago, nothing since
Family guy/Simpsons/Bobs burgers SAME!!
either that or you get a chunk in one go then nothing for weeks
Cant they keep to a bloody weekly schedule?

Even if it isnt as funny anymore its still better than a lot of tripe they put out

Japan scredaul
One episode a week, only breaks at Christmas and New year or if a disaster

UK
One a week, unless its a soap

To be fair to the yanks though, their "seasons" tend to be 18 or more episodes, where as UK television drama/comedy shows (minus soaps) seem to be 6 to 8 per series. I was disappointed that "Would I Lie To You?" was only 6 or 7 episodes this series (with the last one being outtakes). Americans love to milk it by comparison, sometimes at the cost of quality and a shows legacy.

I still think the more recent seasons of Family Guy have been of high quality. I haven't seen a noticeable dip in quality, and its still as absurd as it ever was, just with slightly more slick animations and voices.

Tim Shaw on Channel 4's Car S.O.S. First episode of the new series was on tonight and it just reminded me of how much I hate his staged 'blagging' and the unfunny BS that comes out of his mouth. Total waste of episode time.

what consequences are these exactly? we were told the country would pretty much collapse if we voted to leave, it didn't and it wont.

we were told it will be the end of the world if Trump wins, it won't be, and he will be a great President.

don't let the hateful project fear that's peddled by the fascist left worry you.

Given Brexit hasn't happened and we don't know what form it will take yet nor has Trump become President yet or given a comprehensive set of policies you could equally say don't believe project hyperbole peddled by the facist right.

Not saying either side is right or wrong, just questioning your complete confidence in unknowns.

My grind - people who don't fill out their addresses properly on Ebay. The lack of capitals, putting it all on one line and lack of spaces in post codes is annoying. Especially with foreign customers where you don't know the standard format of an address and they often have strings of numbers/letters.

this country won't collapse when we officially "leave", I am 100% certain about that.

and Trump won't start world war 3 (Hilary may have done), I'm certain about that too.

hope this helps
