I don't think we have a dedicated thread to purchases of non gaming items, do we?
I just ordered an awesome anime figure because my evil friend brought it to my attention:

Mad Max & Mad Max 2 DVDs
An absolute f*ckload of booze (getting slowly hammered on perfect 'dirty' vodka martinis right now)
Terms of Endearment DVD, a pair of FitFlops and the Grease OST CD, for my wife

6 mini-cases of Tesco French 'Biére Spéciale', 8x250ml 4.8% bottles at £2.78 a pop. It's all I've been drinking the last couple of weeks, perfect gaming fluid but a b@stard to carry so many to the bus stop. Oh, and some Tesco 'London Dry Gin', which is not as nice as Gordons but acceptable when mixed with tonic.

Six litres of banana Yazoo, and an Attack of the Killer Tomatoes action figure sort of thing (due to arrive in the next week or so).

See, I USED to have a figure dressed similarly, but a girl came round and thought I was into weird stuff like cosplay.
As for me, I bought a book on Java 6. Yaaaay.

Brought a DVD, The Haunted World Of El Superbeasto!
It had Rob Zombies name on it, so it would have been rude not to buy it!

Ooh, lemme know if it's any good. Been following the development of that one, but I don't like paying full price for DVDs.

I am!!
I wanted the Black Rock shooter figure a while ago but it sold out absolutely everywhere. It was like this one but had a larger sword and a cooler base. This one was half the price of the first and looks just as good! I'm owed quite a bit of money from a mate, so I'll use that dosh on this.
...however a Misa Amane has also caught my eye

I'm a sucker for these.
