Getting right up close to a C3PO and R2D2 costumes (ok they were behind glass, but still) was awe inspiring. One of the best £20 I ever spent.
The Con I regularly go to (MCM London Comic Con) normally has an R2D2 replica walking about along with some really good Vader and Storm Trooper cosplays. The Jawas one year looked awesome in person.
The Newcastle under lyme Xmas light switch on had a Vader and a kylo but there was one guy that was mermernt to be prequel trilogy obi wan but looked more like qui ton jin in obi wan robes

So that's Qui Gon Jinn then. Their outfits are pretty much the same.

Yeah been to a few cons, and there are some pretty brilliant costumes, but nothing comes close to seeing the actual costumes and props used in the movies.

Anyone watch Red Letter Media stuff? Their whole skit at the start of their Rogue One review rang pretty true, even though I think it's one of the best entries in the franchise

Love red letter media but disagreed with rogue review. Plinkett star wars prequels are so funny!

I like it, it echoes the OT, where we had A New Hope, and Return of the Jedi, now we have The Last Jedi. Return of the Jedi used red for its colour scheme (at least sometimes), so further links back.

It does rather suggest Luke is the titular last jedi, perhaps confirming the speculation that Kylo wiped out the rest and left an untrained (or at best partially trained) Rey behind.
