Despite having had one for years, this weekend I've finally started using my twitter account. Already witnessed the whole Lilly Allen spat (totally different to how most places are reporting it btw), had replies from people I've followed for ages and picked up over 40 followers. Still think it's difficult to navigate though.

Spent 5 hours waiting around on and off in between having my eyes poked and prodded, lights, eye drops, goo... to find out I have Glaucoma in my left eye :o (and I've got damage to the nerves causing me to have a crappy field of vision). I've had a blurry eye for about a month...

Pressure in left eye is 42 and right is 38 - was informed it shouldn't be higher than 20.

I always thought it was an 'old people' problem. Bollox. :(
It runs in my family, grandad lost his sight because they couldn't treat it back then. As long as you've caught it this early it can be treated and shouldn't cause you any major problems. We are of an age where it can show up, so it isn't anything to worry about too much, you'll be fine I'm sure now you've been diagnosed.

Lets hope so. They said the damage done is not going to get better - and they will 'try' and see me sometime within 6 weeks. A month ago I had no visual issues and have always had 20/20 vision - so waiting up to 6 weeks could be a pretty big issue for me to deal with.
The thing that really made me think something was up other than an infection was going to Darran's house to have a go on PSVR - there was a constant blurry section in every game and no matter how I adjusted the headset, it was still there.
Could really do without this tbh.

Today I finally sorted my tax out and shocked the HMRC anaylst as it turned out a large over payment (wont go into it fully but it was not me who did the paperwork), apprently it will appear next payday in my account so whatever it is will go on paying off my loan and doing repairs on the M just incase it has to go into storage.

Tough day today on revision mode with y11s. Final mock before exams in May. Hope they've revised! It's in their hands now!

says its 12 hours, ill say maybe 16 with breaks

Im very tempted but my bicycle isnt a mountain one so would need a decent one for it

Id like to do this kind of stuff for CHARITY M8!! But usually most dont get started as I dont get enough sponsors to warrant the effort. Usually its a low amount with extra stuff if I get other targets
Maybe for this one the start point will be £144 (thats how far it is in miles)

Have heard that a Planet Rock presenter cycled from Lands end to, that point in Scotland, took him a week
