Today I got offered a job. :D

It's a two month position to start on 24th January but has the potential to be extended I do believe.

First day off following the pantomime run. Now to sit back and relax for the first time in months. Glad it's over but incredibly bored now!

Off work with my Knee injury still.........3 weeks and counting..........bored, nothing on TV but cash my gold, mazuma, wonga.com adverts with the odd charity advert thrown in for the new year, people on the news bitching about the VAT increase, heres an idea people, dont take out loans from fly by night companys at 2000%APR and then expect to pay it back at £5 a month! Sorry but its really getting on my nerves, we as a family dont have a flash lifestyle, never had, never will, a typical, to coin a phrase, nuclear family....work, live within our means and crack on but still being punished for it!! Damn lib/con nazis lol

and breath.....

but so far today....bored...

Today I found out that my mates mega fit little sister is going on that "Take Me Out" show. He's very protective of her and didnt take kindly to being told that some third rate poser will be balls deep in her by the time the credits roll!

"No Likey....No Lighty".............the missus watches this pap, besides the obvious charms of viewing this type of program its a waste ot paddy mcgiuness (ablit limited) talent....if only peter kay would stop making crap adverts and paddy crap tv shows they could crack on with another phoenix nights/max and paddy series....so come on, jog on.

One thing that makes me laugh on that show is the silly little details that make 75% of the women turn their lights off straight away  . Gotta feel sorry for some of those guys!

Nice one mate, that's great news :)

Would you really want another series of Max and Paddy? I felt quite let down with that show. Mind you, following Pheonix Nights is nigh on impossible!

My other half watches that too, she had it on the other day and theres something so bad about it I feel compelled to see what makes them turn off. One guy said his passion was cooking, and one girl turned her light off because shes a student and only eats "packet meals". Mind you, she was quite fit so swings and roundabouts.

It should be given another shot...my guilty pleasure at the end of the day, and the dancing montarge to "lets hear it for the boys" and paddys private porn watching "Paddy has needs" were inspired.....but your right, Pheonix nights ran for the perfect 2 series so I supopse it was a hrad act to follow...

My day today consisted of a doctors apointment, got a lump on knee just above the knee cap, doctors told me not to worry about it, it SHOULD go and gave me a sick note for another 2 weeks.....so besides being bored I now have a small lump to worry about, brilliant!!

With my 30th looming I today tried to claw back some of my ever fading youth by skateboarding in the warehouse during my lunchbreak.

After 5 years away I was pleased I can still kickflip. Now my knee hurts.

Didnt think Max and Paddy were too bad at all.

I must admit i'm loving that Come Fly with me, many laugh out loud moments on that. Funny as anything last night with the guy working at the burger place being super slow taking that order.

Today I watched the first episode of Cosmos, which all you across the pond should watch at some point if you haven't already.
