Newbie Alert!
hello! My name is Martin, i'm 28 and live in Redhill in surrey.
i am an avid fan and collector of retro games consoles and computer systems, my collection (some are my brother's tho) stands at something like 100 or so!
I've been a reader of RetroGamer magazine since issue one, which i keep locked away!
thought it was about time i joined up on here, hopefully to pass something on, and certainly learn alot more from other members!
i work as a parts advisor for a large Volkswagen and Audi dealer in Epsom, surrey, and it helps to fuel my addictions!
I usually find my consoles in car boot sales, tho this is proving harder by the day! bought a few for bargain prices off ebay, some with the intention of selling on, but can't bear to part with them!
my fave consoles are the Vectrex and the Nintendo VirtualBoy, and i would love to have all thre games for both, but i'm not that rich!

Ello everyone (LEMMINGS ARE EVIL)
Hi Im a forum new person!!! Yipee...
I own an Amiga n a CDTV n a C64, Speccy n QL and NES SNES and a megadrive and piddle about on strategy games mainly. Cos Im pretty rubbish at all other types to be honest
Claim to Little Fame....
I briefly worked part time (in my student years) at DMA design in Dundee fiddling with some music for Lemmings (Lets Go! And release Another Bloody Cash In Data Disk) and Hired Guns... Where I was offered a full time job for 4000 pounds a year from the boss (Dave someone) who had a different sports car for each day of the week....I thought sod that for a game of soldiers - guess you rate my music ya yuppy!
Actually my flatmate at the time - Dave Halley was a graphic artist there (did little men dying in the game Walker)... It was student digs and he was (increadably) poorer than us students... should have steared well clear.......
Anyways I still play loads of stuff but refuse to ever ever ever buy Lemmings or play it ever ever aagain......not that im bitter!
