Ah ok - never read the original comics. I kinda miss the "guvna" from the mid seasons - I heard he had a brother (or at least it may have been in the comics), so was thinking maybe his "twin" brother would show up out of the blue, but that would be far fetched....then again, we are talking about zombies here!

I thought about giving up with the Walking Dead during the season when they were holed up at the farm.
Persevered into the next season when they were holed up in the prison then gave up 5 episodes in.

Hoped Fear the Walking Dead would be better but it's turning out to be another bore-fest.

At least at that point they had an amusing pantomime villain in "The Guvna" - where as they haven't really had a big baddie since him, so its been slowly plodding along, and fairly predictable.

Rick Grimes is an annoying character as well. The actor was much better in Teachers as well. His awful attempt at a southern-american accent is probably offensive.

By the 'prison' season, I don't think there was one character on the shown that I cared for.
I'd have been happy if they'd all died and started again with likable folk.
Is the main character's son still in it? He was just the worst.

I just finished watching Gravity in 3D. Wow! I remember catching it in 2D with the gf and enjoying it, the 3D is truly something else though. Some of those first person sections where she tumbles through space had me ready to lose my dinner

Star Trek : Operation Beta Shield - a fan made piece of Star Trek drama set in the TNG timeline. Pretty good - considering it's a fan made production.

FB rumours would have it that he's not dead, that is was in fact the other dude's innards being eaten and that you know who rolls under the dumpster... I hope not as it would be a dreadful cop out, but wouldn't rule it out.

Yeah my missus said something similar I cant see how he would manage to survive with all them walkers round him.
