Kill la Kill and Space Dandy deffo seem two shows to get excited about. Haven't seen anything else that takes my fancy except Jormungand (cracking dub, but doesn't really go anywhere).

I thought 33 was an absolute snoozefest...this does not bode well!

Kill la kill seems like it needs to try harder at times, but sometimes I think they are trying to take the censored out of bog standard fighting anime

Did you watch the proper start of the series first?

That's a much better opener and sets everything up that follows. Sort of pointless watching the rest unless you've seen this first as so many events link back to it.

^ Nope, started straight off with 33. I'll go back and have a look at that. I'm going to give the show a fair shake, but I'm not feeling it right now.

Doug Stanhorpe - Beer Hall Putsch stand up routine, some think he's a knockoff Bill hicks but I think he's on the money.

I've been waiting since BSG finished to watch it. My mate has the lot but still hasn't watched the last season and I want to watch it all together so am still waiting.

The Walking Dead. Come on now, please for the love of god stop these teen angst episodes :( Terrible episode, maybe it's time for them to call it a day.

Nah, they've obviously never heard of Denis Leary!
Stanhope's much more like Lewis Black if anything...

Just watched some Ren and Stimpy episodes on 4 Music

Of all the episodes, why the Skinny dipping and fan club ones?

^ Typical, the one thing I'd watch on that channel and it turns out I don't need to as I've already got all the episodes on my hard drive.

Not that that's ever stopped me before though...

Saw the new Robocop last Saturday.

Overall I thought it was a pretty good reboot, only a few things here and there I didn't like.

Was the ending weak? I heard it was very weak.

Yeah the ending was pretty weak, but it was just one of those enedings you kind of expected really. Left it really open to future sequels too as you can imagine.
