Guardians Of The Galaxy 2. Good but not great, lots of funny bits and character moments, but the story was a bit meh.

Memento by Christoper Nolan, starring Guy Pearce. Seen it many times before but it's still great. Absolute must watch for film noir fans and fans of "puzzle movies/TV."

Been watching a bit of the ole Netflix lately, getting through some films.

Bokeh
Operator
Tramps
Take Me
The Duff

All fairly decent watches.

I just finished watching a film about Stockholm syndrome. It started out terrible but by the end I really liked it.

Watched the new She Ra on Netflix, was good. My five year old daughter loved it so it definitely did the job there.

Also watched the first series of Victoria, it was OK.

A New Hope on the big screen, with an orchestra playing the score. Tbh, the orchestra was too good, they were a bit redundant. It was just like watching the movie in the cinema, they played it identically, so most of the time you'd forget they were there. Fantastic job in terms of replicating the score, but not ideally presented. I think if they'd flashed up smaller video projections of the various bits of the orchestra either side of the main screen as they played their parts, it might have brought them to the fore a little more and given some appreciation of their work. Amazing just how many violinists/cellists/horn players it takes to make that sound though.

Paradise PD.

Well some episodes as it was pretty awful. I don't mind 'adult' humour when it's funny but this just didn't pull it off in the slightest.

Watched the latest episode of Escape at Dannemora (Benicio Del Toro is in it)

Based on the real life story of two convicts. Really enjoying it so far

It is amazing how much there is to watch. STILL got to watch Man in the High Castle and many other shows, way too much to catch up on. Need a few weeks off to watch it all !
