Can't Dr. Who like, go back in time to when the cybermen first started and kill all the little cyberbabies? Nothing to fear there, the Borg however, everything to fear there.

What a measly choice! Can't you put Bagpuss in there? He used to scare the crap out of me as a kid.

On that note, Mr Benn and Bod should be in the list too...

I don't really know much about the Borg, and Wikipedia seems to suggest that Star Trek never really dealt with their origins. However, the concept behind the original Cyber-man was pretty chilling (and more so than new Who), in that they did the "upgrading" to themselves, willingly. Brr.

The Borg can go screw themselves.

Cybermen were there first so win by default.

As did the borg I belive.. They invaded planets and took whatever they could use and incorperated into themselfs. This means they are constantly upgrading as they wipe the universe of any individuality and are extremley hard to kill...

Plus, 7 of 9.... No contest really, how many sexy cybermen you ever seen?

7 of 9... the ONLY reason to watch Voyager...

Captain Janeway was so unsexy - I mean, you'd think a woman in a position of such power and authority would be oozing sexuality. I'm sure someone is going to disagree with me, but I think Captain Janeway was so... so Asexual that it was scary!

If she wore a skin-tight blue lycra suit like 7 of 9 did, then maybe it would have been a different matter...

The new Doctor Who (both series) is a travesty
Having said that, the BBC's job is to create a successful tv show, and they've obviously done that

Shame they didn't bring back Tom Baker though
knowing their backgrounds, you could feel sorry for a lot of the bad guys in Doctor Who

I think it's terrible too.
