Favorite band?

Post by stejay » Mon Sep 29, 2008 3:01 pm

Who is your favorite band(s) or singer(s)?

Mine are-

Puddle of Mudd
Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers
Papa Roach
Alien Ant Farm
Bruce Springsteen
Bon Jovi
T.I.
Nickelback
Wheatus
Fuel
Daughtry
Hot Hot Heat
Foo Fighters
Breaking Benjamin
The Calling
Guns n Roses
Kid Rock
Uncle Kracker
Goo Goo Dolls
3 Doors Down
Lonestar
All American Rejects
Lit
The Ramones
Soundgarden
Metallica
Bloodhound Gang

If you havent heard of some of them, or any songs by them, just type them into google. They are all honestly great bands or singers. If pressed, I would have to say Puddle of Mudd or 3 Doors Down are my all time favorites.

Rage Against The Machine are my favourite band ever. Imagine my excitement when Tom Morello challenges me to a battle on Guitar Hero 3, then asks me to jam to Bulls On Parade with him! What a guy! :P

Other bands I love include Foo Fighters, Green Day, Nirvana, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Eagles Of Death Metal, Metallica, Run DMC, Public Enemy, Oasis, Beastie Boys, Flight Of The Conchords, Tenacious D, AC/DC, Cypress Hill...

...and loads more

If I had to choose one then it would be The Smiths.

Others would be...
Stone Roses/Ian Brown (sole stuff is probably better than the Roses stuff tbh)
The Cure
Blur
New Order
The Jam/Paul Weller
wonder Stuff
The Music
The Twang

Another person with great taste ;)

Also like the Inspirals and back in the 80's Duran Duran just released hit after hit, great band.

Forgot to add The Verve to my list ! Northern Soul is my favourite album, History and 'On your own' are two classics
