Stowaway on Netflix.

I love these kind of space mission gone wrong films, and this one was going well but I felt the conclusion disappointed, failing to resolve the story's dilemma in an unpredictable way.

Mortal kombat. Was decent. Started great, ended great. The middle was alright, the guy playing Kano nailed his character. The new central protagonist was boring though.

Pushing Daisies is a fantastic show, really think it deserved more seasons
I think it's perfect for these times too. So heartwarming, it makes me want to cry at times! :D

I think sometimes the humour is too quick for its own good.

Invincible on Amazon Prime. Didn't know anything about it and was shocked by the ending of the first episode!

The Night Comes For Us - on Netflix
This film is brutal, I dont think nobody gets just knocked out, its a blood bath and its also bloody good. The Raid levels of goodness

I finally got around to watching it, and would think that that's rather the point. Some problems just don't have elegant ingenious solutions and Hollywood endings rarely happen in the real world.

It's very much in the tradition of hard science fiction classics like "Breaking Strain" and "The Cold Equations" in that an obvious but unpalatable way out is presented right at the beginning. They've just got to exhaust all the alternatives before they finally accept it.

The Mitchell's vs The Machines
Surprisingly good animated film from the makers of the Lego Movies. On Netflix.

Headshot (2016).
Im liking Netflix recommending all these Indonesian action films with more or less the same people in
they are brutal and make me wince a few times.
The plot is only there to carry us to the next action sequence.
Also unlike every US action film its not just loads of CG for nearly every stunt

Deadpool 2. Brilliant, easily one of the best comic hero sequels.

What would you say were your highlights? I really like 'Licence To Kill'. I think it's an underrated action flick.

My highlights would be:

Connery: From Russia With Love
Lazenby: On Her Majesty's Secret Service (only film and he's the weakest thing about it)
Moore: For Your Eyes Only
Dalton: Licence To Kill (but neither was that good)
Brosnan: Goldeneye (no masterpiece either but the rest are poor)
Craig: Casino Royale

I always thought had Lazenby done more he would have grown into the role. It's a shame 'Diamonds Are Forever' wasn't a proper follow up.
