You're supposed to. You are not a girl.
I hated Officer and a Gentleman too, but then I don't enjoy many chick flicks.
Its not all inclusive. It requires a particular subset of girls to enjoy this trash.

Evil Dead is the balls. I remember watching it on VHS for the first time when I was ten.

Evil Dead II was a lot better though.

I must admit i've never been a fan of Back to the future, i like most of the big name 80's films but never liked the Back to the future films, doesnt help that i dont like Michael J Fox at all !
It's funny, Back to the Future 2 was one of my fave movies when I was at school. Partly because I am so fasinated with future technology and all...

But, watched it again recently, and boy has it aged horribly!

The Wraith is a geat film. I am shocked to find someone who thinks it's the worst film of the 80's...

Well....it hasn't aged very well....

Watched Breakfast club a few days back. That is still a wicked movie although I'm sure they could do a fantastic remake....

Maybe it hasn't aged well, but I think that there are a lot of worse films than The Wraith....

I was born in the late 80's but then I was able to watch some of these films a few years back. For me, Krull was one of the worst 80's movie. I never really enjoyed watching it.

I'd like to put in a shout for the Bill Cosby laughfest Leonard Part 6 as one of the worst films of the 80's, why the hell I rented it I don't know, oh that's right it's because it was supposed to be a Bill Cosby laughfest

I've gone for Absolute Beginners as it's the only one i've never heard of!

And Basket Case should be in a 'best of' poll, not worst of!!

I don't think I've ever seen an 80s movie that sucks. Currently my least favourite 80s movie is Dune. It's good but it can get rather dull at times.
