Still bloody lovely though.
Well, not *that* much smaller but I find them irresistable. Dunno why 'cos there's nothing unusual about the taste.

Talkin of retro choccie, Didn't Aero bars used to come in more flavours than just standard or Green minty.

I'm sure when I was a kid you could also get Orange ones (not chocolate orange but actually orange coloured inside like the minty ones are green) and also toffee ones with caramac couloured innards.

Also lurved spangles, tunes when they were their propper shape (square with indent) and double agents
Retrotechy.

Topic Bars.

I took a trip to the shop today to get some fresh air away from the office, and decided (possibly inspired by this thread) to get a Topic bar. Not had a Topic for what must be a decade.

Imagine my disgust when I found that Topic bars are now as small as a midget's todger in winter. What have they done? Topic bars used to be colossal things; I could often never finish one.

Soon we'll be paying 40p for Miniature Heroes size bars of chocolate in shops.

Diatribe over.

Texan Bars are back. Quite a few newsagents round here have them. I think they have been re-released as part of a nostalgia thing.

Not sure about Star Bars but possibly another candidate for resurrection (just had a vision of zombie sweets wandering round saying "BRAAAAINSSSS!" for some reason :) ).
Cue the music, fade to black...

Yeah, the Texan bars are part of a little Nestle retro promotion. Wouldn't it be nice if they came up with a special edition 70s selection box?

Although most of the favourites came from different companies so... :?
