What controls do you have on the cab? I'd recommend Warlords and Karate Champ, but you'd need spinners and twin sticks respectively for those.

With a more standard control scheme, Space Duel is an interesting co-op game.

Gauntlet is always better with a couple of players. Especially so if it's your own cab and you've got endless credits.

I would say the Capcom beat em ups like Final Fight and Knights of the Round. For something a bit more in depth, the D&D games were great fun too! I'm a lover not a fighter, so prefer co op games, but Snow Bros and Burger Time you could make a game out of high scores and so on
