I do have one really big issue with the new trailer though :

When you see Spike's car (the Yellow Chevrolet Camaro) transform, it appears to be at least 30ft tall!

I don't care how you bend and twist metal, but that is taking things a bit too far!

A camaro isn't that big of a car to begin with (about the same as an MR2).

I wonder how they are going to address that, if at all.

I know that generally speaking, realism tends to take a back seat in films like this, but bloody hell that is asking to suspend quite the Everest sized mountain of disbelief!

My fingers are still crossed!

I hope for my sake it's good cause I'm going to see it four times with different friends!

Probably not, as Soundwave isnt in it

Still, even if he was (and they are currently considering how he could be featured in ione of the sequels, along with other fan faves that won't be appearing in the first movie), I'm sure he would have been changed and altered from his iconic design.

Don't think a "Boombox" would quite cut it today - and Cassette Tapes?? He'd surely be laughed out of Dixons and Comet

I actually wish I HADN'T watyched the trailer, as it is technically a spoiler!

Now I have a fair idea how they look, it has already taken away a little something away from what would have been a surprise!

I wouldn't worry. If it goes wrong then the trailer might just be the only good thing about the film :(

I just hope film and music wise it is as good as the animated movie that came out back in 1986.

Stan bush is doing an update of "The Touch" for the new movie. :D

But this will be a much better film - Dancing robots was a step too far.

Have you read the script? Christ! I hope you all liked 'Street Fighter the movie'.

I thought it was an Oscar winning epic!

To be honest I don't expect a great deal from films like this. I just want to be thrilled. If I want a good story then I will go to the local art house cinema and catch a foreign flick.
