Closest Cherry switches to retro computer keyboards

I'm looking for a mechanical PC keyboard that has the closest switch action to either a BBC Micro or Breadbin C64. I currently have Cherry Red switches but they're too clicky. I remember the C64 and BBC had a soft type key action. Anyone have any information of what Cherry KB switches are closest to the feel of either of these two retro computers?

You could use a C64 keyboard:

Bit of a late response but - if reds aren't it, blacks are probably closest thing you can easily obtain. They are linear like the Beeb keyboard, but a little more 'spongy', so not exactly the same. Be warned - they can be a little fatiguing for regular typing. Work fine for gaming, though.

I use the black Cherry switches as I type very heavy handed and needed a keyboard that could take some punishment, don't seem like the type of thing for gaming at all but as I mainly play mouse driven games on the PC it is not biggy for me.
