It's either Feet Of Clay, Over The Edge or Legends Of The Dark Knight, with Over The Edge possibly just getting the top spot. I think the new The Batman cartoon pales in comparison to this as it seems more aimed at kids.

Mine is 'Two Face' - Part 1 and 2, 'Heart Of Ice', 'P.O.V', 'Mask Of The Phantasm', 'I Am The Night'.

Can you count Heart Of Ice and Mask Of The Phantasm as episodes? I always thought Mask Of The Phantasm was a little poor considering it was the first full length one they did, Heart Of Ice was rather good though.

Heart Of Ice was an episode while Mask Of The Phatasm was a feature length film. :)

You're right I got confused between Heart Of Ice and Sub Zero.

Although I loved Mask of the Phantasm, I always wished that they had just done the full Year 2 storyline rather than a loose version of it.

As for my favourite episodes, I'd pick Beware The Gray Ghost, His Silicon Soul, Over The Edge and Legends Of The Dark Night. I'd also say that Knight Time from Superman: TAS is worth a look

Hopefully not. I recently sat through the entire series. It really is depressing compared to BAS. So many missed opportunities.

Heart of Ice was awesome, I remember having the video. I was obsessed with BTAS as a kid. I remember always being disapointed if I saw Space Ghost and thought for a second it was BTAS.

Also I did not get into Beyond... Beyond and Batman and Robin coming out at the same time was a hard sucker punch to make a kid get bored of Batman. The comics were dull then too. The newer Brave and Bold is awesome imo and has the 90s show feel.

I thought Brave and The Bold was unbelievably good, why we're getting stiffed with dvds with a few episodes on instead of full box sets though I've no idea. The show they've advertised as being the next cartoon looks a bit pants as well.
