Quantum Leap re-runs starting this week on ITV4

Post by TheBoingoBandit » Sat Oct 02, 2010 7:45 pm

ITV4 will be re-showing Quantum Leap from episode one starting this Tuesday at 6pm. It'll be on every weekday at the same time from there on (except this Thursday for some reason).

I was always been a fan of Quantum Leap! :)

The three episodes I remember best are when he becomes a Wrestler (That episode also co-stars Terry Funk! :D ), the episode where he enters a female beauty contest and the episode where he becomes Elvis!

Ahhh, Lofarius that means my PVRs won't do any work(they are already nearly full!). I take your point though that the time it will be screened there are some episodes of Quantum Leap that will be cut.

Now everyone : "Sam, Sam - you have got to rescue so and so because by tomorrow he/she will be dead!"

I thought the double episode where he jumped into the body of Lee Harvey-Oswold was really well done. Especially when he lost his 'Sam' personality, and took no notice of Al.

Sat and watched this earlier.

It's funny seeing how slow pilot episodes were compared to today and cannot believe that it was first shown 21 years ago, I still remember watching it first time round.

The one I remember well was when he was in Vietnam and became a lucky solider who could sniff out mines (but it was Al telling him where all the mines where). He was alongside his brother who died in the war, and then the one after it, he became his brother, or something. Quantum Leap was quality.

I like the "Evil leaper" storyline in QL. There has been a TV movie in development hell for a while now. I think the latest rumour is a reboot for QL. Anyway it was great that Scott Bakula and Dean Stockwell appeared together in Enterprise later on.
