I hated the live performances of Bottom

Half hour sketches are far preferable

Hated the LIVE! Bottom shows!!!!!

I went to see 1 & 2 - they were easily as good - if not better than the TV show!

All the set pieces and sounds were almost icentical to the TV show - the main difference was they took the PI55 out of the audience (mainly my best mate)

perhaps hate is the wrong word

Although seeing them live rather than off dvd would help

I saw Bottom 2 live at the Bristol Hippodrome (the one they filmed for the video) and it was brilliant. Ade was trying to out do Rick at any opportunity and would deviate from the script quite regularly just to try and make Rick crack up in uncontrollable laughter.

There where a couple of scoucers in teh in audience who kept shining lasers at the stage so Rick and Ade chatted to them and then told them to censored of back to Liverpool and steal something. That stopped those tossers.
Crown the wise, harness the talented and cherish the lucky.

I saw Bottom 4 live (I think) and every 2 minutes some censored kept shouting out 'Have a W**k!'. Ade and Rick made a joke of it for a while but the guy was so annoying security came and kicked him and his Chav mates out.
