"True, I was their number 1 son and they treated me like number 2" - Batman Returns

"Most of the time it's a waste of time" - Batman Returns

"...they mostly come out at night. Mostly" - Aliens

"Game over man. Game over!" - Aliens

"Reassemble Stephanie. Reassemble" - Short Circuit
I fancy a nice hot cup of tea. Splash of milk. No sugar.

Watching the Dirty Harry films recently and there are so many brilliant quotes. Last night I watched Sudden Impact and there were two that really made me chuckle:
Jennifer Spencer: I saw the commotion the other day; you're either a cop or public enemy number one.
Harry Callahan: Heh. Some people might say both.
Jennifer Spencer: Really, who?
Harry Callahan: Oh, bozos with big brass nameplates on their desk and asses the shape of the seat of their chairs.
Listen, punk. To me you're nothin' but dogshit, you understand? And a lot of things can happen to dogshit. It can be scraped up with a shovel off the ground. It can dry up and blow away in the wind. Or it can be stepped on and squashed. So take my advice and be careful where the dog shits ya!
Love it.
Retro is a state of mind, and cares not for your puny concepts like dates and calendars.

Another it is quite good also:

"Or this job, either. Having to wade through the scum of this city, being swept away by bigger and bigger waves of corruption, apathy and red tape. Nah, that doesn't bother me. But you know what does bother me?
You know what makes me really sick to my stomach?
Is watching you stuff your face with those hot dogs. Nobody, I mean NOBODY puts ketchup on a hot dog."

"Oi. No playing Roy Rogers with these shooters."

"But Harold, I was only going to use it to shoot the pigeons off the roof."

A classic from The Long Good Friday.

A lot o' people don't realize what's really going on. They view life as a bunch o' unconnected incidents 'n things. They don't realize that there's this, like, lattice o' coincidence that lays on top o' everything. Give you an example; show you what I mean: suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

Tomorrow Never Dies.

On a James Bond related note - maybe the whole train scene with Vesper and Bond in Casino Royale - and with the obvious product placement :-

Vesper : "Rolex."

Bond : "Omega."

I love Batman Returns, a very underrated entry in the Batman universe with some great one liners.

"You gotta admit I played this stinkin' city like a harp from hell."

"You said you were going to scare the Ice Princess."
"Well she looked pretty scared to me!"

firstly from swimming with sharks:

You are nothing! If you were in my toilet I wouldn't bother flushing it. My bathmat means more to me than you!

and from grosse pointe blank:

If I show up at your door, chances are you did something to bring me there.

A couple from Unforgiven

You'd be William Munny out of Missouri. Killer of women and children.

That's right. I've killed women and children. I've killed just about everything that walks or crawled at one time or another. And I'm here to kill you, Little Bill, for what you did to Ned.

All right, I'm coming out. Any man I see out there, I'm gonna shoot him. Any sumbitch takes a shot at me, I'm not only gonna kill him, but I'm gonna kill his wife, all his friends, and burn his damn house down.
