Top man! I too agree that SF2: TWW is probably the best!

Hard choice, I'd have to go for Bubble Bobble with Outrun coming a close second.

Tough call. My choices would be either:

Street Fighter 2: took my gaming interest to a whole new level with its cool characters and awesome special moves.

Megaman 2: Might well be my favorite game ever, just hard enough without being to hard, excellent graphics and music and lastly no matter how many times I play it I never get bored with it.

if I would have to decide on most hours spent one game, before 1992, Pirates for the C64 would be the hands down favourite. Hours and hours spent on that one. (when I had that time on my hands :)

Decathlon C64 is also high on the list, the best multiplayer game before 1992 IMHO. Cramp in your hand, joysticks completely 'loose' in their socket, just wiggling the base of the joystick would give the fastest times. It was also the way to decrease the lifetime of your joystick with 50%

But the one I loved most would be Streetfighter II: The World Warrior

Before 1992? Hmmm, let me see...

That would have to be the Amiga version of Another World. Finished it around 50 times now and I'm still not tired of it! A fantastic work of art :)

It's an excellent game! I was playing Batman the Movie last week - I love the driving section & the Bat-Wing section.

Elite, Dungeon Master, or Speedball 2. In the arcades probably Outrun or HyperSports.

Either Street Fighter 2: The World Warrior or Final Fight.
