Uhh... you jest surely, Armalyte is pretty easy when you get to know it and i've certainly played far harder shooters on the C64 and indeed other platforms; if that's your idea of "frustratingly impossible", how would you describe Project X on the Amiga or perhaps Io on the C64... the latter of which is actually my all-time favourite game on any platform but i didn't mention it because it's difficulty curve is steeper than Armalyte and, despite it only having four levels, the way it hands the player their arse on a regular basis tends to put people off, apparently. =-)
