Hi please bear with me if this has been posted before I`m fairly new to collecting retro gaming gear and software but so far I have managed to obtain all working a zx81, zx spectrum and spectrum + along with the printer interface one and micro drive as well as nearly all the ultimate games. But the only thing I can`t seem to find is any really good readable copies of some of the programs that appeared in the magazines of the day when i was young. Would you guys ever consider adding a program section for various platforms so we could relive those glory days of typing out a program from the magazine. By the way love the mag got me back into gaming after a break

I hope they don’t. Some of those programs were very long so would take up a few pages. Plus people who didn’t care for going out those listings or don’t have that particular machine again wouldn’t bother.
There’s plenty of them in scans of old Speccy mags

Try the internet archive at archive.org. There are many scans of the old mags with type ins.

I have looked at the internet but most of the scans are of a poor quality when printed out which is a shame

Are all of the ZX81/Spectrum type ins from mags not archived at World of Spectrum? Easy enough to get the listings from those, and if you felt the need, retype them into your hardware for the nostalgia.

Yeah, you can find over 2000 Spectrum and ZX81 programs typed in and ready to run there with links to the relevant books and magazines.

I did a dozen or so myself, but the rest should be fairly accurate.
