Sorry guys, really struggling with this, just want a simple avatar, but everything I use gets rejected due to the size?

What pic are you trying to use? Post it here and lets see if anyone can reduce it to the correct file size...

Yeah, you're probably over the 80 pixel limit with width and/or height. Either find a very small image to start with, or resize it in something like MS Paint.
