A blatant sop to my own paticular interests obviously, but would anyone else be interested in an article about the relationship between gamebooks and video games, there were a fair few games based n them for the Speccy, C64 etc. There was also the Micro Adventure series of books where you read to a certain point, and then there was a type in program to do a simple game or something that explained how the story progressed. Could be interesting?

Again, purely based on my own personal interest, but would there be a space in the next issue of the mag for a mention of the sad passing of Joe Dever. As well as being a prolific gamebook writer, he was also a designer and writer for a number of video games in the late 90's/early 2000's and was also a writer for Sony working most notably on the Killzone series (the Helghast were based on the characters of the same name from his Lone wolf series, leading at one point Sony to write to him asking if he was ripping off some book writer from the 80's, not realising he was the same guy... ). The Lone Wolf series were also adapted into video games on the 8bits and recently on smartphones.

Sad to hear of the death of Joe Dever...

The angle would have to be from the COMPUTER versions, looking back at the books, rather than the other way round.

Well wikipedia's got an incomplete list of the games he worked on, I could probably find the rest.
