Something on Captain Blood perhaps? I was playing this again recently and it struck me that it's quite a unique little title.

You've got Jean Michel Jarre, fractals, a weird language and casual nudity. Very, very, very French.

Well we had loads of footie in last month's Retro Fusion. Give it time and it'll be bearable again. I'm footied out right now.

Nobody to blame but myself if it ended up in the mag and I didn'y object.

Send loads of PMs to Stuart Campbell demanding RPG coverage. He'll love that.

Not keen on an article on Captain Blood. Did many of us play this in the heyday ?

Wish there would be more articles on some great 'unknown' MAME games, feel like the arcade side of Retro Gamer hasnt been touched that much. We have news every month about new re-releases for various consoles but with thousands of mame games i'm sure many of us play the same big name ones over and over.

The article last month about a great unknown game was brilliant, would love to see more of these for MAME

So you don't want an article on Captain Blood because not many people played it, but you want articles on games that not many people have played...

Yeah good point ! You've got me there !

Just MAME is so popular and many people have full romsets but probably dont always touch the more unknown games which are really good. Just personally think there should be much more MAME available. Many of my friends who arent the type to use tons of emulators etc, the one emulator they do love and bother with is of course MAME

Well, I do agree that being introduced to classics you'd never heard of or played is a great thing. I find the retro gaming league very good for that. You should sign up.

I'd rather the articles considered them as arcade games than MAME ones. That way we get to see the cabns that are so evocative, as well as getting some idea of the proper control set (the one big failing of MAME imo).

We've had fairly extensive text adventure coverage in previous issues.

More would be nice though, I will agree. I do like my text adventures :D
