what's the name of the game?
Can anybody tell me the name of this game?
Arcade game from the early 80's. It was like Galaxian. you were a space ship at the bottom of the screen, only able to move L & R. Low fire rate, like Galaxian.
Enemies were not space ships. In any given round, they were all the same and descended in a pattern. Between rounds, they varied in shape and colour.
At the end of some rounds, your ship would rise up the screen. A mother ship would appear in the middle at the bottom. you would have to dock. if successful, you could continue firing 3 shots at a time.
finally, there was a button which would slow the action for a short while.
any ideas?
PS it isn't astro blaster, gaplus or mooncresta (or space invaders or pac man!), but thanks for trying.
