Umm, shouldn't the title be "GTA IV - Spectrum" since that's a Speccy screen...?

Is that a Speccy screen? Could have sworn it was C64. I'm standing by that one hehe.

Nope, screen size, resolution and ratio are Spectrum. The C64 could display it but there'd be black bands at either side and one across the bottom because it's a bit higher res in that mode.

It took longer to get the stripes right than convert the picture; i used Oswald's excellent Project One (all i edited was the lettering to remove some dithering) and then wrote a bit of machine code to display it and do the border stripes.
