How possible would it be for someone to set up a "server" and play stuff using the DC online still such as Q3..?
Would we, for example be able to set up a DC online games night and use our own "RG server" to have some Q3 death matches or any of the other multiplayer online games..?

I suspect you would need to get hold of the software that hosts each game which would be deep in Sega's archives somewhere.
Unlikely it would be released any time soon.

I used to play Quake online (4 player) on the DC with the 33k modem and it wasn't too bad a connection unless you fired the rocket launcher and saw a little delay. Was blown away by online play in 1999!

I would really like to have a go at Quake III online since I've still got it in my collection. Disappointed that Speed Devils Online is finished as seen from the list. Might try tonight if I can get a connection up & running.
