Hmm, I'd say not in all cases. I admit I haven't played much of Sega Rally 2 on the DC, but I remember coming away from it fairly unimpressed (as someone who liked the arcade version as well), whereas AM2 did an absolutely sterling job of Sega Rally on the Saturn. The handling is absolutely spot-on, it plays so well with the joypad.
And Virtua Fighter 2 belts along at the arcade's 50/60 fps too.
However, with regard to Daytona and House Of The Dead, yeh, I would go with the Dreamcast sequels on those counts.

Sega Rally Championships on Saturn is a much better game than the sequel on Dreamcast. Daytona USA 2001 is the best home port however.

Yeah, agree that Sega Rally plays better on the Saturn. Was a bit dissapointed with the DC one myself.
