At risk of being seen to have a one-track* mind, let's see how we go with this one:

How tricky this one is to answer really depends on how widespread the arcade machine was. I actually played it once here in Sydney, so I'm assuming it wasn't super-rare, but you never know.

19 hours later, he wakes up, rub the sleep from his eyes, checks this thread and... goddamnit! Not a single guess. Maybe this one is rarer than I thought.
Clue time: It runs on the SEGA model 3 board, and has an unconventional control input method (The kind of thing that entices you to have a go out of curiosity, only to feel like a total wally the moment you start playing.)
