Looks like something on the TurboGraf-X/PCEngine. Can't put my finger on it tho.
Course it could be NeoPokeKun on the NeoGeo Pocket Colour but that would mean I just read the name off the screenshot.....which is cheating.

Two more screens.


It's a Famicom game. The main character is a certain type of head that is usually an enemy in a famous shmup series. Knowing those two things should make it easier to find out what it is.

Nobody figured it out yet? It's easy, what's the four letter name of the famous heads found on a certain island, in a shooter series and this game. Just do a google search on that name plus the previously mentioned platform the game was released on and you should find it.
