One of the ThunderForce games?

It also looks very Darius with that nautilus type boss.

I'll give you that :)
It was Sagaia (Darius 2) for the Master System

OK. Cheers :) I'm familiar with the original arcade games, not the console version(s).

Anyway, me again - and not a CPC title. This one was for a 16bit machine...

Looks like an Amiga PD/shareware game.

Nope. It was a commercially released game for one of the 16bit consoles.

OK. A couple of clues.

The game was for the Megadrive/Genesis.

The game is about jumping and bouncing. Indeed the title reflects this...

It's Trampoline Terror.

Watch your screens, here's another catchphrase:

Yep, Trampoline Terror it was. Loved it BITD.

That football game certainly looks familiar, but I can't place it. Was it on the MegaDrive?

No it wasn't. Its spiritual predecessor almost came out on the Mega Drive though!

It's Wild Cup Soccer on either the Amiga or CD32. Sequel to Brutal Football that like you say almost came out on the Megadrive (apparently a virtually complete prototype of it exists).

Here's a new one

Yep, and it was going to be called Beastball. I remember going into Future Zone and asking when it was coming out, and they looked at me like I had ten heads.

No one even going to attempt to guess mine?
Hint: It's a DOS game.
