It looks 16-bit to me, probably Amiga or ST. I'd hazard a guess at Italia '90.

Amiga it is, and it's a game inspired by the 1990 World Cup. Getting close... 8)

This is a real tough one...

Is it 'World Soccer' (1990) by Zeppelin Games?

It was a budget management sim (I had the Amstrad version) but not sure it got an Italian release so it probably isn't!!!

Nope. Another hint: it's a simulation alright, but the title does not contain "soccer" or "football"...

The "Ingrish" clue is throwing me, I suspect it's some kind of not-quite-making-sense title, like World Cup Carnival or Peter Shilton's Handball Maradona.

But I know neither of them are management sims.

It would be so ironic if I managed to guess the name of a football game. I hate football games generally. Except International Victory Goal on the Saturn.

Hey, that's 3 football games with no "football" or "soccer" in the title. And none of them are right.

I must say I thought this game was featured in the Hall of Light (the "bible" of Amiga games) but I've just noticed it is not. I'll throw in another hint... the game was designed by (the very famous... ) Fashion Design.

 Yes it is. An "On the Ball"-style game. I've gone from apparently very easy games to one nobody knew  your turn!

Artura on the ST is right.

Dang it. I didn't want to be too predictable and keep posting TI-99/4A screenshots.

Only played Artura once on the C64, but the shot immediately rang a bell :)

So, seeing the success of my last game, I'll remain in the same genre...
