But after a bit of research (and with the help of your clue) it appears to be 'Chisholm Trail'.

That was quick! Yes, it is 'Awesome'... although this was taken from the Atari ST version (very similar to the Amiga).

A rather censored game by most accounts but I have a soft spot for it as it came bundled with my system.
