Assuming it's not a homebrew called 'Space Invaders 2: Blobs of Doom'...

From the colour palette it looks like a C64 game, perhaps time for a clue?

I actuallly owned that one and still couldn't remember it - I just happened to be browsing an abandonware site and saw a picture which looked very similar.

I had the ST version and was glad I didn't pay for it. Smooth scrolling, bit it was ugly and no fun. The player ship is far too big for starters.

It's Goldrunner (1987) on the Atari ST (or maybe the Amiga port).
