Road Rash for Mega Drive. The 3DO/PC/PSX versions were better but the MD version (and SMS one) was okay too.

Correct.
I like that the grimreaper is wearing a hat with the Swedish flag.
(apparently the developers were fans of Ingmar Bergmans film The Sevent Seal.)
